Description of the Educational Technology Certification

Prepare to transform education. This distance learning certification is designed for educators who want to integrate effective technologies into their teaching practice. From designing digital content to creating collaborative and secure environments, this certification equips you to lead the change toward more dynamic, inclusive, and meaningful education.

With a 24-credit structure, participants develop skills to implement innovative strategies in in-person, hybrid, and virtual modalities, fostering collaboration, critical thinking, and active learning.

What does the program include?

• Design and implementation of innovative technological strategies
• Development of digital educational content
• Integration of technologies in face-to-face, hybrid and virtual education
• Training in secure virtual environments
• Ethical foundations and Christian values in the use of technology

Admission Requirements

Institutional requirements:

• Fill out the graduate studies application (link)
• Payment of admission fee (non-refundable)
• Official transcripts
• If applicable, release of information disclosure (Title II – PR)

Program Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree from an accredited institution
• Minimum academic index of 2.50
• Computer and internet access
• Participation in orientation of the Department of Distance Education

Graduation Requirements

• Apply for graduation one semester early
• Pass all courses with a minimum average of 3.00
• Meet academic and financial requirements
• Complete the graduation form and payment
