Description

It provides preparation for students who wish to dedicate themselves to the practice of accounting, and for those who wish to acquire a broad understanding of accounting that will facilitate their performance in public accounting, industry, commercial firms, churches, healthcare, and educational institutions. Students interested in pursuing the profession of public accounting should take additional credits in the areas of management, economics, and marketing.

Goals

  1. Integrate Christian values into administrative practices and principles.
  2. Acquire the knowledge, skills, and abilities necessary to successfully enter the job market in administrative positions in public or private companies, including institutions sponsored by the Adventist Church.
  3. Achieve adequate sensitivity to appreciate and respond to the effects of continuous changes in areas such as individual and social behavior, and technological changes that affect organizational functioning.
