Antillean Adventist University continues to strengthen its educational impact with recognition in the 2025 Carnegie Ranking

Antillean continues to solidify its educational and social impact. Recently, the institution was recognized in the 2025 Carnegie Ranking in the Opportunity Colleges and Universities category, a distinction that identifies universities that combine high access to higher education with positive economic outcomes for their graduates.

The ranking is developed by the Carnegie Foundation for the Advancement of Teaching in collaboration with the American Council on Education, and recognizes institutions that succeed in expanding educational opportunities while promoting the economic and social mobility of their students.

This recognition adds to recent distinctions related to Antillean’s impact on the social mobility of its students, reflecting an institutional trajectory aimed at expanding access to higher education and preparing professionals capable of generating a positive impact in their communities.

For Dr. Edwin Hernández, president of Antillean Adventist University, this recognition reflects the institutional progress that the university has been strengthening in recent years.
