Management of Complaint or Reclamation of Courses in Distance Education Form

Según establecido en el catálogo de estudiante, una querella se define como una solicitud de cambio de circunstancia o condiciones que el querellante cree que es injusta o que se viole una polí­tica institucional. En caso que el estudiante considere que sus derechos han sido violentados o tenga una reclamación académica, podrá canalizar su reclamo a través del siguiente formulario. Esta solicitud se canaliza a través del Decanato de Asuntos Estudiantiles. Los resultados serán discutido con usted posteriormente.

As established in the student catalog, a complaint is defined as a request for change of circumstance or conditions that the complainant believes is unfair or that an institutional policy is violated. In the event that the student sees that their rights have been injured or has an academic claim, they may channel their claim through the following form. This request is channeled through the Dean of Student Affairs. The results will be discussed with you later.
