“I can do all things through Christ who gives me strength.” Just like it’s promised in Phillipians 4: 13, we believe this truth and we make it our own.

The residence halls have a daily worship scheduled at different hours, to provide all the students an opportunity to attend, especially in the morning. You have the opportunity of starting your day with Christ. Also every night around 9:30pm, students gather for ‘bando de oración’ to sing, praise, and pray together. Here they get the opportunity to thank God for all the wonders He has done them throughout the day.

There is also the Wednesday night worship service, with something appealing and motivating. Friday night worship is awesome and after church we have another mini program called ‘Amor’, full of singing and stories of how God has bestowed blessings throughout the week.

At times, faculty members provide hot chocolate and some munchies, and the next thing you know it’s after midnight. Time seems to fly when you enjoy a Christian environment among friends.

There is also Youth Sabbath the first Saturday of each month, in which we totally change the regular church service structure and custom-make it for the youth. The skits, songs, and everyday situations we face illustrate how God helps us overcome. The speaker for the Sabbath is also a young pastor or ministerial student, who concludes the theme presented by skits all throughout the morning, with the word of God.

We also have a special guest every semester to conduct a week of prayer in which our classes are rescheduled to allow students to take a break from the routines and take time to grow with Jesus. Not to mention the many opportunities you, as a student have to participate in each activity, whether taking part on the program, or organizing it, as well as singing. All talents are accepted and we invite you to form part of this warm and loving Christian family.

Do you want a sneak preview? Check out www.eleden.net. Here you can access the programs being held at our church, and get a glimpse of previous programs. Remember that the same way you see us, your family can see you as well.

Theology major students also get the opportunity to design programs and practice as they study. There is constantly something to do, and helping hands are always welcome.
