All academic programs offered at Antillean Adventist University with exception of the Religion ones, have the accreditation of the Higher Education Council of Puerto Rico. All programs are approved by the accreditation agency for Veterans’ Administration, and the Department of Health, Education, and Welfare of the United States of America. The university is a member of the American Association of Education of the Middle States Associations of Colleges and Secondary Schools, and of the Board of Directors of the General Conference of the Seventh-day Adventists.
The BS in Nursing is accredited through the National League for Nursing Accrediting Commission.
THe BS Cardiopulmonary is accredited through the Commission on Accreditation of Allied Health Education Programs (CAAHEP) with the recommendation of the Committee on Accreditation for Respiratory Care (CoArc).
